🌟Meet Jeff & Lindy🌟
The Story Behind Milton's:
Jeff’s Milton’s story began in 1976, long before there was a Milton’s in Raleigh.
At just 15 years old, Jeff started working for Milton Papadopoulos at Milton’s Pizza in Chesapeake, Virginia. His first job? Hand-washing dishes for $2.10 an hour. Yep… that really was minimum wage back then!
Jeff quickly fell in love with the restaurant business—the teamwork, the energy, and most of all, making customers happy. Almost 50 years later, that same passion for hospitality remains at the heart of Milton’s.
But there’s another important part of the story: Lindy.
Jeff and Lindy attended high school together in Virginia Beach. When Jeff moved to Raleigh and opened Milton’s, Lindy followed. Before long, they were married, and Lindy joined the Milton’s team, working in the front of the house and helping create the welcoming atmosphere guests came to know and love.
Together, they built more than a restaurant. They built a life, a family, and a place where people could gather around good food and feel at home. Jeff's go to Milton's food? Pizza, of course- with pepperoni and extra cheese! Lindy's favorites are our famous lasagna or a Milton's special pizza with jalapenos.
The restaurant was small, and the menu was limited, but the philosophy was simple: take care of your guests, take care of each other, and take pride in what you do. Those lessons continue to guide Milton’s today.
What began with a teenager washing dishes in Virginia has grown into Milton’s Pizza & Pasta, a locally owned family restaurant cherished by generations of Raleigh families.
After all these years, the heart of Milton’s remains the same: great food, genuine hospitality, and the feeling that you’re eating with friends at Milton’s.
🌟 Meet Edgar! 🌟
For more than 27 years, Edgar has been the heart of our kitchens, overseeing both Milton's locations with experience, dedication, and a smile that's always contagious. His Milton's family extends beyond the restaurant too—his two sons are proud members of our team!
Want to talk baseball? ⚾ Edgar is your guy. Whether he's talking about the latest game or sharing a laugh, he's always ready with a smile—and probably a joke in either English or Spanish! 😊
When it's time to eat, Edgar heads straight for the buffet, filling his plate with Lemon Chicken, rice, and plenty of vegetables for a well-rounded favorite meal. 🍗🥦
Outside of work, Edgar takes just as much pride in his truck as he does in our kitchens. It stays spotless... and one thing's for sure—it'll never be a Ford! 🚙✨

🌟 Meet Patty! 🌟
I’ve been part of the Milton’s family—off and on (but mostly on!)—since 1983. Many of you already know me, and if we haven’t met yet, I look forward to getting to know you!
My Milton’s journey has been pretty special. I’ve made lifelong friendships, met my husband here, and today we’re blessed with four children, three grandchildren, and a few grand-dogs who keep life fun and busy!
One of my greatest joys is watching generations of the Milton’s family grow. I’ve even had the privilege of working alongside the children of people I worked with decades ago. That’s something I never take for granted. ❤️
When I’m not at Milton’s, I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my flower gardens, swimming, and tackling the occasional home remodeling project. And from August through February, you’ll probably find me cheering on football on any given Sunday! 🏈🌼
My favorite pizza is loaded with pepperoni, onions, and jalapeños, but when I need a little comfort food, nothing beats Milton’s Chicken Parmesan. 🍕🍝
I’m grateful for all the friendships, memories, and wonderful people who have made Milton’s such a special part of my life. If you see me, please stop and say hello—I’d love to hear your Milton’s story, too

🌟Steven-General Manager, Wakefield🌟
Steven has been at our Wakefield location since 2019, but before then, you may remember him from his days behind the bar at our Six Forks location—and if you do, you already know there isn’t a sport he can’t talk about! “Sports fan” barely covers it. Steven is a die-hard Detroit sports supporter. Go Lions! 🏈💙
When it’s lunchtime, you’ll usually find Steven at the buffet loading up on Lemon Chicken, Green Beans, Ranch Potatoes… and yes, even more Ranch Potatoes! 🍗🥔
Outside of work, Steven takes just as much pride in his yard as he does in managing the restaurant. If he’s not watching a game, chances are he’s outside making sure his lawn is perfectly manicured.
Most of all, Steven loves connecting with our guests and making every visit to Milton’s a great one.

🌟Molly- General Manager, Six Forks 🌟
Molly has been part of the Milton’s family for almost a year and is now the General Manager at our Six Forks location! When she’s not busy making sure everything runs smoothly, she’s probably tending to her ever-growing collection of plants. 🌿 We call her our resident “crazy plant lady,” and she wouldn’t have it any other way!
At home, Molly has two cats and one dog, Leroy. Now, don’t tell the cats, but Leroy just might be her favorite! 🐶❤️
When it comes to eating at Milton’s, Molly has some delicious favorites: Tortellini Pesto, Bruschetta, and our garden-fresh salad bar. As our resident vegetarian, she knows there’s plenty to love on the menu without the meat! 🥗🌿
Molly loves spending time outdoors and enjoys just about any activity that gets her out in nature. Whether she’s growing something green or helping our team create a great experience for our guests, she brings her own special touch to Milton’s.

🌟Leona- Assistant Manager, Six Forks 🌟
Leona’s journey at Milton’s is a true success story! She started as a hostess, went on to serve and lead as a Team Leader at our Wakefield location for several years, and now serves as the Assistant Manager at our Six Forks restaurant. Her dedication, growth, and heart are a great example of the opportunities that come from working hard and caring about what you do.
Leona’s favorite part about working at Milton’s is the people. She loves meeting new friends and connecting with guests and teammates she might never have met otherwise. ❤️
When she’s not at work, you’ll often find Leona and her daughter enjoying time together at the park. And when she’s flying solo? Turn up the volume! Nothing beats a drive with her favorite loud music playing. 🎶🚗
When it’s time to eat, Leona reaches for the Italian Deli Sub—her favorite meal at Milton’s! 🥪

🌟 Meet Brianna! 🌟
Brianna has worn many hats at our Wakefield location, serving as a hostess, server, and now a Team Leader. She keeps the rest of us organized with her upbeat attitude, incredible work ethic, and ability to make everything run smoothly. She's also our Wakefield Catering Guru, helping make every catering order a success! 🎉
When it comes to her Milton's favorites, Brianna can't resist the Greek Chicken Pita. And if she's feeling extra indulgent, she'll top our famous Lasagna with Alfredo sauce—a decadent combination she highly recommends! 🍽️✨
Before joining the Milton's family, Brianna grew up on a farm riding horses, and those memories still hold a special place in her heart. Today, you'll find her hosting dinner parties for friends or spending quality time with her boyfriend, her lab Beau, and her best friend, Jessie. ❤️

Jessie is a member of our Team Leader crew at Milton's Wakefield! She works full-time —a true example of dedication, hard work, and determination.
Even with her busy schedule, Jessie leads by example and has earned the most ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google reviews of any staff member!
A former softball player, Jessie now spends any free time she can find with her best friend, Bree, and her lovable dog, Brody, a Lab–Great Pyrenees mix who keeps life full of fun. 🐶💙
When it's time to grab a bite, Jessie's favorite is our Penne alla Vodka—a classic dish that's always a delicious choice! 🍝✨

🌟 Meet Chloe! 🌟
Chloe has been part of our Wakefield team for two years, and if you’ve ever noticed our seasonal decorations or received a fun sticker during your visit, you may have Chloe to thank! 🎨✨ A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Chloe is our resident artist, bringing creativity, color, and a little extra sparkle to everything she does. She keeps our stores looking fresh, makes sure our youngest guests leave with stickers, and if you stand still too long, watch out… she might just bedazzle you, too! 😂💜
You’ll rarely find Chloe without an assortment of pens in every color of the rainbow. 🌈 Whether she’s serving guests or managing a shift, she brings that same creativity, energy, and genuine hospitality to her work. Chloe has a special way of making people feel welcome, and her attention to the little details helps make Milton’s a place where everyone feels at home.
When it comes to her dream meal at Milton’s, Chloe has a taste for a little spicy... Penne alla Vodka with Blackened Shrimp! 🍝🥗 A little comfort food, a little zing, and a whole lot of delicious!

🌟 Meet Skye! 🌟
Skye has been part of the Milton’s family for several years, and she’s truly a Jill of all trades! Whether she’s managing a shift, bartending, serving guests, or training new team members, Skye is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. She also keeps our bar in tip-top shape and helps keep the rest of us organized. We’re not sure how she does it all, but we’re certainly glad she does! 😊🍹
When Skye isn’t busy at Milton’s, she enjoys a fun-filled social life with her husband and their adorable 3-year-old son. And speaking of Milton’s fans, her little guy has his own favorite meal: pizza and a side bowl of beets and pineapple from our salad bar! We think he might be one of our most adventurous little eaters! 🍕🍍
When it’s time to eat at Milton’s, Skye has two favorites: our Italian Deli Sub and Marry Me Pasta with Salmon. That's a delicious combination, whether she’s in the mood for a great sandwich or something a little more indulgent! 😋

🌟 Meet Jeffrey! 🌟
Jeffrey has been part of our Six Forks team for several years, and if there’s one thing you can count on, it’s that he’s always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed! We call him our Swiss Army knife of Milton’s because he does a little bit of everything. He serves, bartends, trains new team members, makes deliveries, and even steps in to manage shifts when we need an extra hand. And did we mention he’s bilingual and holds dual citizenship? Talk about a man of many talents! 🌎👏
But Jeffrey’s greatest talent might just be hospitality. He’s our resident Mr. Hospitality, and his fun-loving personality and infectious smile have a way of making everyone around him smile, too! 😊
When he’s not at Milton’s, Jeffrey enjoys hanging out with friends, exploring new restaurants, and catching live concerts. He loves a good meal and a great time, whether he’s discovering somewhere new or enjoying his Milton’s favorites: the Greek Chicken Pita and Chesapeake Shrimp Pasta. 🍤🎶
